Policies
Cancellations:
While we understand that life does not always unfold as we planned, our Inn is small enough that even one cancellation makes an enormous difference. We ask for your cooperation in observing a 14-day cancellation notice for a full refund (30 days for selected holiday weekends and reservations of 3 or more) prior to your expected arrival.
If you cancel with less than the required notice, the deposit made at the time of the reservation will be held until the nights that were reserved are re-booked. A $50.00 processing fee per accommodation will be charged and the remainder will be refunded to you.
Children: We ask that there be no kids under the age of 13, with the exception that a family rents out all four rooms.
Deposit:
A deposit equal to 50% of your stay or one night, whichever is greater, is required to guarantee your reservation.
Smoking: We are a non smoking property.
Pets: We are sorry the Inn does not accept pets of any kind.
Arrival and Departure:
Check in is 2:00pm until an hour after the last boat.
Check out is 10:00am
